We have a purpose-built temperature-controlled workshop with 24 Hour monitored CCTV security and secure internal storage. Our eaves height, door access and crane facility is sufficient for internal loading and unloading of articulated vehicles and low-loaders and we maintain clear lay-down areas to facilitate customer breakdowns. Our processes are segregated into separate buildings on the site to prevent contamination, thus improving our accuracy and precision.

Machining

We provide a wide range of machining services, both manual and CNC to manufacture new components from drawings, reverse engineer new components from samples, and refurbish existing components.

Fitting and Assembly
We have vast capabilities to carry out all types of fitting and assembly work from newly manufactured assemblies to full refurbishments on worn/ageing equipment. We are able to strip down and inspect, provide customer inspection reports, rebuild, re-engineer, assemble and test, to both customer standards and our own standards. We operate in a predominantly contaminant free workshop. With our wide range of fitting equipment, multi hook 50/10t crane to manipulate large assemblies and 200m² dedicated adaptable work area, we can take on virtually any size of work’

Inspection, CAD, Reverse Engineering

We carry out Reverse Engineering services and Inspection services and hold a vast range of calibrated measuring equipment including a Starrett granite table.

Fabrication and Welding

We carry out MMA, TAGs, MAGs and Pulse Arc welding of steel, stainless steel and bronzes. We can handle light to heavy fabrications using various size manipulators. We carry out out weld repairs and weld overlay and facilitate coded welding to various grades.
